MARSHIQUE, a Seoul skincare brand built around targeted wrinkle patches, is now sold at Ulta Beauty. The range went live on Ulta.com on October 18 and rolls out to more than 500 Ulta stores across the country starting November 1. The lineup covers patches for frown lines, smile lines, the forehead, the under eye area and the neck, plus a lifting patch for facial contours and the brand's signature eyelash serum, priced between sixteen and twenty five dollars.

What's actually in the MARSHIQUE lineup

MARSHIQUE started with a single product: a patch for the lines between the brows. The brand says the line grew out from there into a full family of spot patches, each one shaped for a specific area of the face instead of a one size fits all sheet mask. You get a patch for the forehead, a pair for the nasolabial folds that run from nose to mouth, one for the under eye area, one for the neck and a lifting patch meant to sit along the jaw and cheek contour.

The other half of the US debut is the eyelash serum, which MARSHIQUE describes as one of its core categories back home in Korea. Pairing a face patch line with a lash serum is a deliberate bet that the brand's shoppers want targeted, almost clinical feeling products rather than a broad skincare routine, and it mirrors how K-beauty patches already won over US shoppers through pimple patches from brands like COSRX and Hero Cosmetics.

MARSHIQUE wants "K-Patch" to become its own category

The brand is not just asking Ulta shoppers to try a new patch, it is pitching the whole format as a category of its own, which it is calling K-Patch. The pitch is that a patch aimed at one specific line or area can sit alongside, or instead of, a full serum and moisturizer routine.

Our goal is to establish K-Patch as a distinct beauty category that consumers around the world can discover.

That line comes from MARSHIQUE's own launch announcement, and it is a bigger claim than most brand debuts make. Whether shoppers actually start asking for K-Patch by name the way they ask for a toner pad or a cushion compact will depend on how the in-store rollout goes starting November 1, not just the online launch.

Why Ulta, and why this matters for the next K-beauty wave

Ulta Beauty runs more than 1,500 stores and is the largest specialty beauty retailer in the US, which makes it a meaningfully bigger stage than a DTC launch or a marketplace listing. MARSHIQUE joins a growing list of Korean brands using Ulta as their entry point into mainstream American retail rather than starting online only and waiting for a retailer to notice.

For KBeautyCodes readers, the practical takeaway is timing. The full range is already buyable on Ulta.com right now, so there is no need to wait for the November 1 store rollout if you want to try a patch before it is sitting on shelves near you. Prices sit in the same range as a lot of mid tier K-beauty skincare already stocked at Ulta, so this reads less like a premium niche launch and more like MARSHIQUE trying to become a regular fixture in the Korean skincare aisle rather than a one off collab or limited drop.

It is also a small signal about where Korean retail exports are heading next. Sheet masks and cushion compacts made the first wave of K-beauty mainstream in the US, toner pads and snail mucin carried the second. A brand betting its entire US retail debut on spot patches, with a named category attached, is a bet that shoppers are ready for an even more specific, more routine shaped way to buy Korean skincare, one patch for one concern at a time.
